namuwiki-raw-proxy usage

Endpoints:
GET /w/<document title>     raw namumark text
GET /file/<file name>       image bytes

Examples:

Notes:
- URL-encode the title. Unescaped title is also supported, but not guaranteed to always work.
- Response is raw markup text (text/plain) when found.
- /file/ takes the name from a [[파일:...]] reference; the 파일: prefix is optional.
  It answers with the image itself, cached at the edge for a day.
